Accessibility
The property is very versatile having bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom facilities.
Outside
Large patio with barbeque and electric awning over a 10 seater table. There are a large number of sunbeds and an outside shower. All these facilities are around the private pool.
Coast/Beach
15 minute drive to the beach at Los Cristianos which the villa has superb views over.
Golf
Local golf courses are available a short drive away.
Travel
20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport.
Distances
The villa is based in Chayofa which has a number of restaurants and an art gallery. It is a 10 minute drive to Playa de Las Americas.
Further details
There is a local supermarket at the country club, chayofa village which boasts some fantastic restaurants. The new Siam Park is 5 minutes down the road.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking. All balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to travel. A fully refundable deposit of £100.00 will be retained until 7 days after departure. |
