Notes on accommodation
Warm and cosy in the Winter and fresh and airy in the Summer. The apartment is within the property with all self catering facilities, however, it is still possible to eat and drink in the hotel bar/restaurant.
Outside
Patio and barbecue area with small secluded lawn for taking in the sun.
Skiing
500m from the main Soldeu ski lifts. This is just a ten minute walk but there is also a free bus service. Also there are ski lockers available at the ski lifts meaning no lugging around equipment.
Special interest holidays
Also we work with an adventure company which provides summer and winter adventure holidays with us.
Travel
Barcelona airport is best for public transport to Andorra with a good frequent bus service roughly 3 hours drive. Girona has limited public transport roughly 3.5 hours. Toulouse is the closest at roughly 2.5 hrs with train or bus service to Andorra. Carcassone is about 3 hours with very limited public transport, but good if hiring a car. During winter car hire is not necessary but advisable for summer.

500m to Soldeu village.
15km to the capital Andorra la Vella.
15km to French border and 30km to Spanish border.

To make a booking with us we require credit card details, from which no money is taken unless there is a cancellation within 4 weeks when a 20% cancellation charge would be made.

Hi Nick,
I would just like to thank you once again for making our stay at 'The Roc' very pleasurable. The children loved it, the food was fantastic and your staff were very good. Could you please pass on our thanks to them all. We are not sure about next year yet whether we are going to go skiing or if we do returning to Soldeu but if we do I will certainly be looking to stay at 'The Roc' again. It seems like a distant memory now back at work in the old routine.

We stayed in the Hotel Roc De St Miquel. run by Nick and Nuria, I would love you to pass on my thanks to them. Some may see this as a more basic hotel, however its was spotless and extremely well run. Officially a one star but if you add on the atmosphere its a five star. You really couldn't want for more. Our group commented often that if every hotel had a 'Pepe' then they would be better places to stay.
