Holiday in our lovely 3 storey house and you will have the feeling of being in the mountains. Central heating and log fire. Indoor parking for 3 cars. You will find the house tastefully decorated, spacious and cosy, fully equipped with top quality fittings for all of your home comforts. You have all the amenities of the resort centre of Canillo and the ski station just a few minutes drive away. Approx 1.5km from resort centre and ski station gondola.

Accomodation:

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (top floor) large suite with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
All with quilts for maximum comfort. Baby travel cot and bedding provided.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with WC and power shower.
Bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and WC on middle floor with bedrooms 2 and 3.
Separate WC on 1st floor.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen is equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Utility Room: Laundry / drying room, equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: Comfortable lounge/dining room with, TV, satellite channels, video recorder with lots of videos, log fire, dining table with 6 chairs, and access to the terrace.
Other: Large garage with automatic doors.
Small toilet on the ground floor.

linen/maid service:
One set of towels and linen are included, property is cleaned on changeover day.

Notes on accommodation
We have equipped our house with your home comforts in mind. Also provided are iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Children are welcomed with a cot, highchair can be provided with notice, and a small selection of toys, books and videos.
The house is lovely and comfortable, warm, clean and quiet.

Accessibility
I'm sorry but due to the stairs in our property, it would be unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
A small terrace to the back of the house, leads onto a 20 msq terrace to the side of the property, ideal for making snowmen! or indeed in good weather for a sunbathe, we have sun all day long, and fantastic views! Plastic chairs and sun lounger provided.

Coast/Beach
Around 2 - 3 hours drive to the coast. Ideal if you fancy making your holiday a twin centre, mountains and beach all in one holiday.

Golf
In the summer time there is the Grandvalira Golf in Soldeu. 9 holes par34. The highest golf course in Europe.

Skiing
Close proximity to the Resort Gondola of Canillo which enables you to access the ski station of Grandvalira. Grandvalira is the largest ski area in the pyrenees.193 km of slopes for all levels, kindergarten, 3 snow parks, and one of the best ski/snowboarding school in Europe. Dog sledding, paragliding, helicopter rides, snowmobiles and lots of other activities.

If you love the mountains, during the Summer time, there are lots of mountain walks up to numerous lakes.

Horseriding.
Canilllo has a Family park with lots of activities for young and old.

Travel
Although our property is only a few minutes drive to the resort, car hire is essential.

Approx 3 hours drive from Airports: Barcelona, Girona
Carcassonne and Toulouse.

Distances
1.5km to Canillo Resort and the ski lifts. Approx 10 mins drive to the resort centre of Soldeu, for more nightlife and restaurants.

Approx 15 mins drive to Andorra le Vella the Capital for designer shopping and Caldea thermal Spa.

Further details
Canillo boasts 3 supermarkets for groceries, banks, chemist, hairdressers, bars and restaurants, sports centre which has indoor swimming pool, ice rink with ice skating and ice go karts, squash, gymnasium, sauna, solarium, bar, restaurant and children’s soft play area.

Booking notes
To confirm your booking you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost within 5 days of booking. The remainder of the payment should be made 28 days prior to the arrival date (please note, for last minute bookings you may be required to pay the full payment at the time of booking). A security deposit of £200 or 200 euros is taken against any damages or loss to the property or its contents; this will be refunded on checking of the property on departure day.
