In Summer
The Gitchtail valley is the ideal place to relax, with numerous walking trails in the valley and
also through the woods. There is also swimming in the warm waters of the Weissensee and Presseggersee and outdoor swimming pool at Weissbriach. There is cycling, horse riding and in 2009 a new golf course is opening in Kirchbach (about 20 minutes away)
As we are in southern Austria we get more long hot summer days, with lovely fresh air and breathtaking scenery. The Gitchtal valley is Austria's hidden jewel, come and see for yourself how beautiful it is, you will be amazed.
In Winter
Jadersdorf is the perfect place for your winter holiday. 5 minutes from Weissbriach, where the slopes
are ideal for beginners and families. The free ski bus stops outside our front door, we are also only 20 minutes away from Nassfeld, one of Austria's top 10 ski area's with 110km of piste to explore, cross country ski-ing in the vicinity, illuminated toboggan trails, winter hiking trails, curling, torch-light night hiking, horse-drawn buggies and skating on the Weissensee lake,
