Accessibility
This casita has flat access throughout with internal door width limit of 600mm. No hoists.
Outside
The gardens that surround the casita and villa have two distinct shared areas, one with the pool surrounded by grass, and another with grass, stones seats and wooden swinger. There is a barbeque attached to the villa.
Coast/Beach
Local beach 5 minute walk. Calla Bassa and Calla Comte 30 min walk or 10 mins y car or bus. San Antonio 80 min walk or 20 min drive or bus. This is the side of the island where the best beaches are situated with sunsets.

For planes - Airport 20 mins by car or taxi. For ferries Ibiza 25 mins by car or taxi and San Antonio 20 mins by car or bus.
Distances
Airport 20 mins by car, Ibiza 25 mins by car, San Jose, 10 mins by car, San Antonio 20 mins by car or bus. The public transport here is good so all main towns and beaches can be got to. Many beaches can be got to by boat from the local beach. Car is not necessary unless you want to explore the more remote parts of the island.

Booking notes
Booking is confirmed by 50% deposit, and final payment plus damage deposit is made 8 weeks before date of arrival. A booking form with more information is sent out by email when reservation is made.
